Enter a distance and a goal time to get the pace you need for every kilometre. Or go the other way: from pace to finish time.

Pace is the time you take for each kilometre. To finish 10K in 50 minutes, every kilometre needs to take 5 minutes.
Use it to check whether a goal is realistic and to set your long-run and race paces. On race day, start a little slower than goal pace.
Pace is minutes per kilometre; speed is kilometres per hour. The calculator shows both.
GPS is never exact and nobody runs the shortest line perfectly. Allow for that gap on race day.
